Let’s Go to the Zoo!
Hey all
Before we cue the Lion King music, quick update on finally getting to go horseback riding (since we got canceled on as mentioned in this previous post)! We had a lot of fun and at times I felt like I was going to lose balance and fall off my horse but it was a really cool experience. *Checking this one off my bucket list. 😀
Thanks Matt! I also had been wanting to go to Zoo Atlanta so we went on my birthday since neither of us had gone before. If you plan to go and haven’t been then **Warning: SPOILERS below**. I know some may appreciate the novelty of seeing the animals for the first time. I went in with no expectations and couldn’t help but just feel amazed at the sheer amount of life that exists out there.
Outfit Details:
Forever 21 Plaid Coat | Choies Skinny Jeans | Rebecca Minkoff Crossbody Bag | Forever 21 Booties
Amongst the many reactions I had, I recall thinking of Pumba when I saw the warthogs, being in awe of the lion’s majestic aura, and gushing over the babydoll sheep!
When was the last time you visited a zoo or the like? Thanks for joining in on this experience!

I’ve been following your YT for a really long time but just recently started reading your blog (don’t know how it slipped under my radar…) and I just wanted to say I really love this little peek into your life. You seem just as chill in writing as you do in video (if that makes any sense). Sorry, I hope I don’t sound creepy – I’m just happy that you have a blog ^^
The last zoo i went to was the Singapore Zoo! it was so amazing… The exhibits are designed in a way you can get very close to the animals and many of the animals actually roam free~ I really wish I had done the night safari too….ah well, next time I suppose!

I live in georgia too! The last time I visited the ATL zoo was in 2006, when I was in 9th grade. I went with my bio class. We got to spend the night at the facility and walk around the zoo after dark to see what the animals are like at nighttime! I haven’t been back since, but I wanna go again to take my daughter. We can get free tix through the library. Spring would probably be the best time to go since it’s not so hot yet!
